Q: My search returns too many results or no results. How do I find what I'm looking for?
A: The part entered may have been replace by a new part number or may be too specific, please contact us for more help

Q: I have just placed an order and have no confirmation in my email?
A: Confirmation emails can take up to two hours to be sent if you still do not have one please contact us to make sure the order was successful and the email was correct.

Q: My order was placed but was told my part is out of stock or being drop shipped when can I expect a tracking number?
A: For dropped shipped items the tracking number will be available the day after it ships, out of stock items take 3-5 business days to be received and shipped, if you are needing something faster we may be able to help please contact us

Q: What do I do if my items were damaged through shipping?
A: All damaged claims are handle though the shipping company FedEx 1-800-463-3339 and UPS 1-800-742-5877

Q: If my Overnight order is out of stock, when will it ship?
A: If your Overnight order is out of stock we will contact you via email or phone to inform you of this and to give an estimated ship date of when it will be shipped overnight.

Q: If I place my order when will it ship?
A: All orders that are in stock placed before 4PM Central Standard Time will ship the same day.

Q: Do the parts I order have a warranty?
A: All parts are in accordance with current manufacturers policies.
